PB84 began with a single obsession: that most fragrance houses dilute what made their first great scent great, in pursuit of scale. We decided never to.
Where We Started
Named for the batch number of our first commercial oud, PB84 was founded by a small group of perfumers who believed luxury fragrance had gotten lazy — safe blends, safe marketing, safe everything.
How We Work
Every composition is developed over a minimum of eighteen months. We macerate raw materials longer than industry standard, reject batches that don't match our reference vial exactly, and cap production so quality never bends to demand.
Ingredients We Stand Behind
Cambodian Oud
Sourced from agarwood aged a minimum of eleven years before distillation.
Grasse Florals
Rose and jasmine absolutes from the same cooperative for over a decade.
Mysore Sandalwood
Ethically certified, aged in our own cellars before blending.
