These terms apply when you browse or buy from this website, which is owned and operated by PB84 ("PB84", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. The details you give us — name, address, phone number and email — must be accurate, because we use them to deliver your order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity on your account.

2. Our products

• We sell attars, perfumes and related products, as well as leather goods and saffron. Product photos are representative; bottle colour, packaging and the natural colour of oils can vary slightly between batches.
• Fragrances are for external use only. Do a patch test before first use, keep away from eyes and children, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Alcohol-based sprays are flammable.
• Our Inspired range consists of our own compositions that are inspired by the scent profile of well-known fragrances. PB84 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those brands; any brand names are used only to describe a scent style. They are not the original products.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST and delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page; we never see or store them.
• Cash on Delivery is offered where our courier partners support it. We may withdraw COD for an address or customer after repeated refused deliveries.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it is confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number on screen, by WhatsApp or by email. We may cancel a confirmed order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address can't be served, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If that happens, any amount you paid is refunded in full to the original payment method.

5. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Reviews and messages

Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience, and must not be offensive, unlawful or promotional. We may moderate or remove them. By posting a review you allow us to display it on this website.

7. Intellectual property

The PB84 name, logo, product names, photographs, text and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission.
